如何使用

可供3至4人享用

存於陰涼乾爽處。若已開封或長時間存放不用，建議放入冰箱冷藏。

材料：湯料一包，肉類300克，水1500毫升。

普通煮法：將所有材料倒入鍋中，加水和肉。大火煮沸後，小火煮一個小時。

壓力鍋煮法：將所有材料倒入鍋中，加水和肉。大火煮5分鐘，水沸後，小火煮15分鐘，熄火。等到指示器下降，始可開蓋。

調味：加入適量醬油或鹽。

How to use

Serves 3 to 4 persons

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if packet is opened or to store for a long period.

Ingredients：One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.

Conventional Cooker：Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1.5 hours.

Pressure Cooker：Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water to boil for 5 minutes on high heat. After that, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Follow precautionary procedure when using pressure cooker.

Seasoning：Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
