    • High-quality gyokuro with a elegant flavor and a gentle aftertaste that spreads in your mouth.

  • Zuiun (Sencha)

    • This green tea reveals an elegant taste characterized by a strong astringency and a refreshing taste. It is a tea that is easy to match with meals as well as sweets.

  • Hatsukari (Karigane)
    • Karigane is naturally sweet to the palate and less astringent than Sencha. It is characterized by its refreshing aroma and mellow flavor.

    Best way to prepare

    Hot Brew Tea

    1. Add tea leaves

    3 teaspoons (~6g)

    2. Add water

    40 mL (1.35oz) 50°C (122°F)

    3. Brew

    2 minutes (no wait time for second brew)

    4. Serve

    Pour out all the tea and enjoy it!

    Cold Brew Tea

    1. Add tea leaves

    2. Add water

    1 L (33.81oz) Cold

    3. Brew
