Snickers Goes Tropical — Brazil's Passion Fruit Mousse Edition

Brazil's limited-edition Snickers are the stuff of collector legend, and this one might be the boldest yet: Snickers Mousse de Maracujá swaps the classic nougat for a light passion fruit mousse, layered with roasted peanuts and caramel under a milk chocolate coating. It is a genuine Brazilian-market bar — "Edição Limitada" right on the wrapper — and it never got a US release.

What It Tastes Like

Tangy, tropical passion fruit mousse meets the salty crunch of roasted peanuts, ribbons of caramel, and smooth milk chocolate. It still eats like a Snickers — hearty, sweet, a little salty — but the mousse keeps it lighter and the maracujá gives it a bright, fruity lift you will not find in any American Snickers.

Who This Bar Is For

Made for Snickers collectors chasing the Brazilian limited editions, fans of tropical flavors, and anyone who already knows Brazil does candy bars differently. These limited runs are made in small numbers and disappear fast even in Brazil.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is maracujá?
Maracujá is passion fruit in Portuguese — the flavor of the mousse inside this bar.

Is the filling the regular Snickers nougat?
No. This edition replaces the classic nougat with a whipped passion fruit mousse, which makes the bar noticeably lighter than a standard Snickers.

Why is it short-dated?
Limited Brazilian editions reach the US with shorter best-by dates than domestic stock. The flavor is unaffected — it just means this is a bar to eat and enjoy now, not to cellar.
