An Oriental aroma blending Japanese and Asian influences

Using a unique method, freshly picked tea leaves are steeped in hot water to reduce caffeine content, while extracting the juicy sweetness of the first-picked leaves. The skin and pulp of Shizuoka-grown yuzu are dried whole, and fresh fragrance is locked in through high-pressure drying, blending with dried lemongrass for a refreshing aroma.

This Yuzu Sencha uses low-caffeine tea leaves to enhance the fragrance of domestic yuzu, while maintaining the natural umami of the leaves and reducing bitterness and astringency.
