We will be releasing a new 3-pack of our local Nessai Noodles, which are currently available in a 5-pack. By changing from non-fried noodles to fried noodles, we have added the richness of lard, increased the mellowness of the pork bones, and created a pork bone ramen without any unpleasant odor or off-flavors. 
Sanyo Foods' "Sapporo Ichiban Local Nessai Noodles, Hakata Junjo Ramen ShinShin Supervised Cooked Pork Bone Ramen, 3-pack" is a product that reproduces the taste of the pork bone ramen from Fukuoka's popular ramen shop "Hakata Junjo Ramen ShinShin" in a bag of noodles. Its characteristic is that although the noodles are thin, they have a firm texture and firmness, faithfully reproducing the noodles of authentic pork bone ramen in both appearance and texture. The soup is based on the taste of pork with a cooked pork flavor, and combines the richness of chicken bones and the flavors of aromatic vegetables such as garlic, onion, and ginger, resulting in a mellow and rich flavor without the odor and off-flavors typical of pork bones. The ingredients are a combination of minced meat, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms, and the amount of meat has been increased by 50% compared to the product released in April 2024.
