Preparation method for Blackseaweed:

The seaweed needs to be soaked in water for at least 2-3 hours until it becomes soft and expands.

Blanch the seaweed: Rinse the  seaweed with clean water, put it in boiling water and cook for 5-10 minutes, then remove and put it in cold water to cool.

Prepare the ingredients: You can choose various vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and other ingredients according to your own taste.

Stir-fry: Add all the ingredients to the pot, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, cooking wine and other seasonings, and stir-fry until cooked.
