Friendly Reminder: If cocoa powder spills, it's a product characteristic and not a quality issue, so you can consume it with confidence. Due to hot weather, the use of a significant amount of fresh cream in making milk chocolate can cause cocoa powder on the surface to become sticky during transportation. This is a normal occurrence. When you receive the product, please do not rush to consume it. It is recommended to refrigerate it for 2 hours before consumption for a better texture.
The Royce fresh chocolates are purchased and shipped with the latest dates, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5-7 days. Thanks for your understanding.
