Marushige Brown Rice Black Vinegar is handcrafted black vinegar that has been passed down for over 200 years through outdoor brewing. Made with domestically produced brown rice and matured outdoors for over a year in the favorable natural water and climate of Fukuyama Town, it is particularly recognized as "Kagoshima's Jar-Brewed Black Vinegar" under the Geographical Indication Protection System (GI). This historical product has even been viewed by Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress.

Usage Instructions

For Drinks: Dilute 5 to 10 times with water and drink after meals. Adding honey enhances the flavor.

For Cooking: It can be used as is, but it's recommended to dilute it slightly with water.

For Salad Dressing: Mix in a ratio of 1 part brown rice black vinegar, 1 part soy sauce, and 0.8 parts salad oil.

For Small Fish: Pour a small amount over them to enhance calcium absorption.
