Protein
Why MEALIT
Protein, charged.
Most shakes make you choose between taste and macros. MEALIT gives you both —
real dessert-level flavor with up to 20g of protein, light calories,
and zero chalky protein aftertaste. Dietary fiber keeps you comfortably
full until your next meal.

How to enjoy
Just add water. That's it.
01
Pour water
Fill to the line printed on the pouch — less for a richer shake, more for a lighter one.
02
Shake 10 sec
Close the cap and shake until smooth and creamy.
03
Drink & go
Sip straight from the pouch — no cup, no blender, no cleanup.
Pro tip
Swap water for milk, oat milk, or almond milk for an even creamier,
dessert-like shake. Reviewers swear by chilling it first.
