Thick jabara citrus ponzu sauce for topping and dipping

This thick ponzu sauce is made with plenty of jabara citrus peel paste from Kitayama Village in Wakayama Prefecture.
Unlike a regular pourable ponzu, it is designed to be spooned or placed directly onto foods for a rich citrus-soy flavor.
Use it with fried foods, gyoza, mizutaki hot pot, shabu-shabu, pasta, or as a seasoning for meat.
