Jenny, of Chinese descent, pioneered the ""Jenny Bakery"" in Hong Kong, renowned for its bear-shaped cookies. Baking cookies was merely a hobby for Jenny. In 2005, she serendipitously opened a cookie shop in Stanley, Hong Kong, and named it after herself, ""Jenny Bakery"" in English, and ""珍妮曲奇"" (Jenny's Cookies) in Chinese. Jenny's fondness for teddy bears inspired the bear-shaped jar designs, thus earning the nickname ""Smart Little Bear Cookies."" At the outset, Jenny personally delivered orders every Wednesday.
