Ingredients:

Noodles (wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), wheat protein, reduced syrup, salt/processed starch, sake spirit, kansui, (contains some wheat))

Soup (Miso (made in Japan), animal fat, ginger, sugar, meat extract, bean paste seasoning, vegetable oil and fat, salt, yeast extract, garlic, peanut butter, sesame/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, flavor, caramel color, antioxidant (vitamin E), thickening agent (xanthan), spice extract, ( Contains wheat, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, chicken and pork)

How to cook: 
1 First, place the enclosed soup packet (still in its bag) into a bowl or similar container with hot water to warm it thoroughly.
※Do not warm it in the bag directly in a pot.

2 In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water per 1 bag of noodles to a rolling boil.

3 Dilute the warmed soup packet with about 250ml–280ml of hot water, and prepare it in a serving bowl beforehand.
※Adjust the amount of hot water to your preference.

4 Add the noodles to the boiling water, loosen them while stirring, and boil on high heat for 30 seconds, then on medium heat for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

5 Once boiled, drain the noodles well and place them into the prepared bowl, then loosen the noodles in the bowl.

6 Add your favorite toppings (char siu, menma, green onions, bean sprouts, etc.) for an even more delicious meal.
