Introducing “Chicken Paitan Ramen” to our popular AFURI souvenir ramen series.

Originally created as a special menu item to celebrate the 20th anniversary of AFURI Ebisu, this beloved bowl can now be enjoyed in the comfort of your home.

Faithfully recreated, it captures the signature taste that has long been cherished at our Ebisu flagship store.

A Bowl Rich with Concentrated Chicken Umami

Soup

Built on a foundation of deep, savory chicken flavor, the broth draws out the natural sweetness of aromatic vegetables such as ginger, garlic, and onion.

Layered with the umami of bonito flakes and finished with subtle notes of fish sauce and kelp dashi, it delivers a complex, well-rounded taste that invites you to savor every last drop.

Noodles

Ultra-thin noodles crafted from a specially selected wheat flour known for its firm elasticity and resistance to overcooking.

Blended with two types of whole wheat flour of varying textures, these noodles are the result of extensive refinement, offering a uniquely satisfying bite found nowhere else.

Yuzu Chili Sauce

Our signature yuzu chili sauce, based on doubanjiang and gochujang, delivers a bold yet balanced heat with deep umami.

The robust flavors of ginger and garlic are elevated by the refreshing aroma of yuzu peel.

Add the yuzu chili sauce midway through your meal to enjoy a refined shift in flavor.

Cooking Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness (loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they cook).

Firm: 2 minutes / Standard: 2 minutes 30 seconds

While the noodles are cooking, mix the included soup packet with 270ml of boiling water in a bowl.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain and transfer to the prepared bowl. Top with yuzu chili sauce and enjoy.

Optional toppings: Chashu, soft boiled egg, onions, or other ingredients enhance the flavor.
