Zuwaigani Snow Crab Sticks
Brought directly from Hokkaido — only by Hokkaido Uni Shop.
What is Zuwaigani?
Zuwaigani (ズワイガニ) is Japanese snow crab, one of Japan's most prized crab varieties, known for sweet, delicate meat. These are leg-meat sticks from Hokkaido snow crab — pre-cooked and ready to eat, so they thaw and go straight onto the plate. Winter is the peak season for zuwaigani.
The stick format is the convenient part: the meat is already picked from the shell and shaped into clean pieces, so there's no cracking or shelling to do. It keeps the natural sweetness of the crab while making it easy to use in everyday dishes.

How to enjoy
Thaw in the refrigerator and eat as is — it's already cooked. Add to salads, lay over sushi rice or into hand rolls, fold into pasta or fried rice, or serve chilled with ponzu as an appetizer. Because the meat is already sweet and cooked, it needs little more than a squeeze of citrus or a light dip.
Pairing notes — ponzu, citrus, mayonnaise, salads, sushi rice, and a dry sake.
Thawing: Ships frozen and pre-cooked. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving; do not refreeze after thawing. Once thawed, keep cold and use within 1-2 days. This is a pre-order item and usually takes about a week to prepare. Any transit damage should be reported to the carrier directly.
