If you are looking for a more wellness-minded sourdough, this is the one we recommend. Turmeric and cinnamon are both warming spices used in nourishing cooking, and together they feel warm and fresh at once.

It is made from two doughs: one kneaded with turmeric, one plain. Each ferments on its own and they are only layered together at shaping, then folded with cinnamon and rum-soaked raisins. The plain dough softens the turmeric so its earthy, herbal aroma comes through without being overpowering. Every slice has its own marbled pattern.
