Ingredients:
Hai Di Ye (Cortex Cocois Radicis), Yu Zhu (Polygonatum Odoratum), Huai Shan (Radix Dioscorea), Xiang Lu (Dried Conch), Chen Pi (Dried Orange Peel), Bei Xing (Dried North Almond), Nan Xing (Dried South Almond)

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add the herbs, chicken or lean pork, and about 2000ml of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for approximately 3 hours. Season with salt before serving.

Serving Size:
Approximately 4 servings per packet.
