Made with Kinka mackerel landed at Ishinomaki Port.
STONEROLLS "Kinka mackerel miso stew 190g, jointly developed with Miyagi Prefectural Fisheries High School" is a high-quality canned miso stew made with Kinka mackerel, a brand mackerel landed at Ishinomaki Port in Miyagi Prefecture. Kinka mackerel is a large, fatty mackerel raised in the rich fishing grounds off the coast of Kinkasan, Sanriku, and is characterized by its plump, soft, and rich flavor. This product is based on sweetly seasoned white miso, with salt koji adding a mellow richness. In addition, ginger is added to accentuate the flavor, and the miso stew is finished to bring out the flavor of the mackerel. You can enjoy a gentle taste that makes the most of the goodness of the ingredients by minimizing additives. It is perfect as a side dish as it is, as well as a companion to rice or a snack with alcohol. It is also easy to use in stews and Japanese-style pasta, and is useful as a time-saving ingredient for cooking.
