PRESS BUTTER SAND Series products have a relatively short shelf life, approximately 12 days.
After our procurement, packaging, and shipping process, the remaining shelf life when it reaches you is typically 2-3 days.
All our products are shipped directly from Tokyo, Japan, and we strive to dispatch your order as fresh as possible. Typically, delivery takes about 5-7 days after dispatch (slight delays may occur for remote areas).
The tracking number can be provided within 24-48 hours after the package is dispatched. We kindly ask for your understanding if there is minor damage to the packaging or contents due to long-distance transportation.
Please note that the shelf life of Japanese snacks is different from the best-before date.
We recommend consuming the products within the best-before date, but passing this date does not mean the food is expired. If you have any concerns, please consider them carefully before purchasing.
