Mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms are sautéed in butter to bring out their aroma. They are then roughly ground and finished with truffles.

To heat in a water bath: Place the unopened bag in boiling water and heat for approximately 5 minutes.

To heat in a microwave: Transfer the contents to a wide, deep, heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes (500W). After heating, stir lightly before serving. *Heating time may vary depending on the microwave model, so please adjust according to your instruction manual.
