This ginger-flavored kumquat tea is made with marmalade made from ripe kumquats from Seikoba Orchard, a particularly outstanding producer, and grated ginger from Kochi Prefecture. Enjoy the exquisite harmony of the rich, sweet and sour kumquats and the subtle zing from the ginger.

In addition to enjoying it dissolved in hot water or water, it can also be added to tea (we recommend Ceylon black tea or Earl Grey), spread on scones or toast like marmalade, or added to yogurt.
