Kabocha squash is worked straight into the dough, so the crumb is a natural pumpkin gold. Rolled inside are pieces of kabocha and a milky streusel, so every bite gives you both the soft sweetness of the squash and the creaminess of the filling.

Storage: Keeps 2 days at room temperature, 2 weeks frozen. Do not refrigerate. The fridge dries bread out and makes it firm.
