A classic pretzel crust wrapped around a rich black sesame filling. Toasty, nutty and hard to stop at one. Made with our levain and a long, cool fermentation for a chewy, tender crumb. Keeps 4 days sealed at room temperature. Mist with water and bake at 350F for 3 minutes to bring the crust back.

About Hour 20: we are three moms with ten kids between us, and a bread only goes on the shelf when our own kids ask for seconds. Everything is baked in our own licensed bakery on German MIWE ovens, never outsourced and never from frozen dough.
