Fujijin Shoyu White-style Barley Miso 450g 1 pack

"Zip-Lock Miso: Mild Blend – White Barley Koji" We added a resealable zipper to our gusset-style bag to address common customer complaints: gusset bags are difficult to store after opening, while tubs take up space even when nearly empty and their lids tend to come off easily. This is a white-style barley miso that highlights the natural characteristics of the grain. By using an abundance of barley koji, we have fully drawn out the aroma and sweetness of the koji, allowing you to enjoy the authentic flavor of Kyushu.
