MAMA LA No.5 combines delicate white tea with 5-year aged Xinhui Chenpi (dried mandarin peel). Carefully aged for five years, the Xinhui Chenpi develops a deeper, more complex citrus aroma that beautifully complements the soft and naturally mellow character of white tea.

As the tea steeps, layers of warm citrus fragrance gradually unfold, followed by a smooth, delicate tea flavor and a clean finish. Multiple infusions reveal different layers of the aged citrus peel and white tea, making each cup a little different from the last.

Brewing Suggestions

Steep approximately 4–5g of tea with an appropriate amount of Chenpi in water at 85–90°C / 185–194°F for about 2–3 minutes. Adjust according to taste and enjoy multiple infusions.
