【What is Kaga Yamanaka Lacquerware】

Yamanaka-nuri is a traditional lacquerware craft that has been passed down for approximately 400 years in the Yamanaka Onsen region of Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. It has been designated as a traditional Japanese national craft. Together with Kanazawa-nuri from Kanazawa and Wajima-nuri from Wajima, it is recognized as one of Ishikawa Prefecture's representative lacquerware production centers.

[How to Easily Make an Authentic Cup of Matcha]

1. Pour in approximately 20ml of water, add 2g of matcha, and close the lid. [For this step: use water at room temperature or below.]
2. Shake vertically for about 11 seconds to create a thick matcha concentrate.
3. Add 60–100ml of water or hot water according to your preference, and an authentic cup of matcha is ready.
4. Replace the water with milk to make an iced matcha latte. You can adjust it in various ways according to your liking.
