How to Take

Take 3 capsules once a day with warm water after a meal. The capsules may be opened and mixed with water. They can be taken together with vitamins; if you are also taking Western medication, leave a gap of at least 2 hours. Those with a more sensitive stomach may start with 1–2 capsules a day. Completing at least a full 100-day course is recommended.
