About Ramen:

Today, we continue to create "the usual flavor," which is more difficult than creating a new one or throwing a change of pace.

This Wakayama ramen of the Ide type has a mild flavor with the aroma of pork bones. The soup is rich and has a refreshing aftertaste, and the straight, thin noodles are smooth and smooth.

The restaurant has evolved while preserving the taste of its predecessors...

A homey restaurant with many regular customers, a favorite among the locals!
