Usage Instructions​
​Rehydrate: Soak in warm water (104-122°F) for 30-40 mins, rinse to remove sand.

​Soup: Simmer with chicken/pork bones for 1hr, infuse umami into broth.

​Stir-fry: Toss with meat/veggies, add garlic for extra aroma.

​Rice: Cook with rice, mix well before serving—aroma seeps into grains.

​Salad: Blanch, slice, and dress with soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro.
