About Ling fish

New Zealand's locally produced cod gelatin is basically derived from a type of fish: Ling Fish (Genypterus blacodes), hoka or hokarari in Māori. Chinese translates to mackerel, the scientific name: feather weasel, which belongs to a species of codfish.
