Ingredients:
Lingzhi (Ganoderma), Hawthorn, Cassia Seeds, Mai Ya (Fructus Hordei Geminatus), Gu Ya (Fructus Oryzae Germinatus), Dried Lotus Leaves, Mi Zao (Sweet Dates)

Suggested Preparation:
Rinse the ingredients and soak for approximately 15 minutes. Add to 1500ml of water, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Season to taste before serving.
