We have reduced the salt content by 53% while preserving the umami flavor of Kayanoya Dashi.
To achieve the same level of satisfaction as regular Kayanoya Dashi, we have increased the amount of dashi ingredients. "Reduced Salt Kayanoya Dashi" contains 53% less salt (0.49g of salt per pack). Although the natural salt content has slightly increased due to the higher proportion of dashi ingredients, no additional salt has been added. This reduced-salt version is recommended for those who are mindful of their salt intake or enjoy cooking.
