Marushima Honkare Japanese Style Dashi 200g 1 개

The umami flavor of Japanese dried bonito flakes and Hokkaido kelp enhances your dishes. This dashi is made with a focus on bringing out the natural flavor of the ingredients. Fresh bonito caught in Japan is smoked with deciduous trees and then slowly aged through a process called "mold-setting" three or more times. This process results in a rich, flavorful dashi with no unpleasant odor. The deliciousness of the ingredients is carefully developed over time.
Marshima Pure Foods' "Honkare Wafu Dashi Granules (200g)" is a granulated Japanese-style dashi made with carefully selected Japanese dried bonito flakes and Hokkaido kelp. The dried bonito flakes are smoked with deciduous trees and then aged two or more times, reducing odor and bringing out a deep, rich flavor. This dashi preserves the natural flavor of the ingredients and can be used in a wide variety of dishes, including Japanese-style miso soup, noodle dipping sauce, simmered dishes, and tempura sauce, as well as Chinese cuisine and stews. It comes in easy-to-use granules, with one heaping teaspoon (approximately 5g) serving servings of miso soup, and can be adjusted depending on the intended use. While some insoluble matter may be found in the granules after dissolving, this is due to the presence of dried bonito flakes and kelp, and is safe to consume. With its natural flavor and richness, this dashi elegantly enhances the taste of your dishes.
