Mainichi Vegetable Dashi, part of the Mainichi Dashi series, maximizes the flavor of vegetables without relying on salt, resulting in a gentle taste. Formulating a satisfying, rich dashi broth with minimal saltiness is extremely difficult, but we've carefully selected the ingredients and blend to create a gentle yet rich dashi broth that condenses the delicious flavor of vegetables. The vegetables used are onions, carrots, garlic, cabbage, celery, and shiitake mushrooms, all sourced in Japan. No fish or meat is used. The sweetness of onions is at the center, and the natural flavor of the vegetables gently spreads throughout, resulting in a refined finish that you'll never tire of.
