About the Product
Umami is recreated with Yaizu bonito flakes and kelp dashi and rich beef extract, and texture is recreated by using soybean meat and dried enoki mushrooms.
Kusefuku Shoten's popular "Ultimate Soy Sauce" is uséd for seasoning.
It is especially recommended to eat it on freshly cooked hot rice. We think you will enjoy the authentic sukiyaki taste if you put sukiyaki on top of white rice and dip it in egg.
It also goes well with a variety of ingredients. It is also recommended as a snack for alcoholic beverages due to its strong flavor.
