About the Product

Our natural pork-bone soup is skimmed to perfection so that the ultimate flavor of pork is drawn out.
ICHIRAN's special raw noodles are made from a unique blend of quality flours, with the foremost consideration being synergy with our soup.
Additionally, our original aged "Original Spicy Red Sauce" is a chili-powder based blend of 30 different ingredients that is added to our ramen to bring out a more rich taste.

How to Make
[What to prepare]
This product (1 serving), pot, bowl (large bowl), topping (green onion, roast pork, char siu, etc. if you like)

1. Put 450ml of water in a pan and bring to a boil.

2. Put 1 bag of noodles and boil.
・ Noodle hardness (approximate boiling time): Hard (2 minutes) Basic (2 minutes 30 seconds) Soft (favorite)

3. When the noodles are boiled, add the soup.

4. After boiling while stirring well, turn off the heat.

5. Transfer to a pan and add "red secret powder".
* The red secret powder is very spicy, so please adjust the amount to your liking.

Spicy (approximate amount): None (none), 2/1 times (a little), basic (half amount), 2 times (total amount)

* If you like, you can add toppings such as char siu, green onions, wood ear, and seaweed to make it even more delicious.

It often can take 4 weeks. Due to the pandemic, the mailing method is limited, so we can not attach a tracking service.
