This is Ogawa (小川) brand AA grade Uni in 250g. Ogawa brand offers premium Uni of Hokkaido and their Uni is specially chosen by the owner of the Uni producer every morning after their catch is shucked and prepared for packing.  
 

It's recommended if you are looking for high-ranked Hokkaido quality but at a more affordable price.

What is Narabi

Narabi or 並び means "straight-line" in Japanese. When it comes to Uni, it's a type of arrangement that refers to a consistent size and perfectly shaped portions of Uni being hand-picked rather than the random and odd pieces you see in Bara Uni. Thus, Narabi Uni is commonly graded as a "premium"

Every morning, our staff carefully evaluates the available trays of Uni to select the Uni that matches the exact specifications and quality of your order. Each Uni tray is carefully chosen by our Uni processor in Hokkaido and delivered directly to your doorstep in the U.S.

How to store Uni: Keep it chilled in the refrigerator, NOT the freezer. They are delivered fresh & chilled.

Pre-Order Note

Available for pre-order only. The estimated process time is usually about 7 - 10 days after you place your order. Once your order arrives from Japan, it usually takes 24 hours to process it for delivery. We ship the item via UPS Overnight, and deliveries are made from the first drop to the early afternoon.
