Ingredients:

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), reduced syrup, salt, egg white/processed starch, sake spirit, kansui, (contains some wheat and egg))

Soup (soy sauce, meat extract, chicken fat, salt, protein hydrolysate, onion powder, mackerel powder, bonito powder/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, processed starch, (contains wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork and mackerel))

How to cook: 

1 Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2 Dilute the accompanying soup with about 300ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and low heat for about 3 minutes – 3.5 minutes, while breaking up the noodles. (Boiling time is according to your own preference)
4 After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5 Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
