About Ramen: 

Yawatahama Champon has become soul food loved by the citizens of Yawatahama since the post-war period.

There are many port towns in Japan that are famous for their chanpon, but Yawatahama chanpon is characterised by the variety of ingredients and the golden Japanese-style soy sauce soup.

The Eagle is a famous restaurant representing Yawatahama chanpon that preserves the good old days while bringing out the new.

Ingredients
Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), wheat protein, reduced starch syrup, salt / alcohol, kansui [alkaline water], gardenia color, modified starch, (contains wheat in part))
Soup (soy sauce (made in Japan), chicken extract, hydrolyzed protein, salt, pork extract, sugar, spices, yeast extract / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, (contains wheat, soybean, chicken, pork, and gelatin in part))
Allergens (substances that cause allergic reactions) Wheat, soybean, chicken, pork, gelatin

How to cook: 

1.Heat salad oil in a large frying pan (adding a suitable amount of lard if desired will make it even more delicious), and stir-fry the pork, vegetables (carrot, onion, cabbage, bean sprouts, green onion), and kamaboko or jakoten that you have prepared at home.

2.Boil the noodles.
In a large pot, bring about 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a rolling boil, loosen the noodles while boiling over high heat for 30 seconds, then over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

3.Dilute the included soup base with about 300 ml of hot water, pour it into the frying pan from step 1, and simmer over medium heat for 1 minute.

4.Add the noodles boiled in step 2 to the frying pan from step 3, and simmer over medium heat for 30 seconds.

5.Transfer to a bowl and it is ready. (Sprinkling pepper to taste when eating will double the deliciousness.)
