About Ramen:
A ramen with a chicken bone soy sauce soup and chewy thin noodles that feels somewhat nostalgic! The specialty of Susaki, Nabeyaki Ramen, is characterized by being served in an earthenware pot, allowing you to enjoy piping hot soup until the very end. Enjoying zosui with the leftover soup at the end is also popular.

[Ingredients]
Noodles (wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), wheat protein, reduced starch syrup, salt / alcohol, kansui, gardenia color, modified starch, (contains some wheat))
Soup (soy sauce (manufactured in Japan), meat extract, rice fermented seasoning, vegetable oil, salt, brewed vinegar, animal fat, onion, sugar, onion extract / alcohol, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), coloring (caramel), thickener (xanthan gum), antioxidant (vitamin E), flavoring, (contains some wheat, soybean, chicken)
Allergens (substances that cause allergies)/ wheat, soybean, chicken

[How to prepare]

1.In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water per 1 bag of noodles to a rolling boil.

2.In a separate earthenware pot (or pot), dilute 1 bag of the included soup with about 270ml of hot water and prepare it.
*Ingredients that take time to cook, such as chicken, should be heated through here first.

3.Put the noodles into the boiling water, loosen the noodles while cooking over high heat for 30 seconds, then reduce the heat and boil for about 30 seconds. Please adjust the boiling time to your preference.

4.Put the boiled noodles into the soup prepared in the earthenware pot (or pot) from step 2. Cover as is and simmer over medium heat for about 30 seconds, then enjoy. Simmering together with your favorite ingredients (chicken, egg, chikuwa, green onion, etc.) will make it even more delicious.

5.Finishing 
After finishing the noodles, add rice to the remaining soup and make zosui to enjoy the umami of the chicken to the very end.
