About Ramen:

The "Cod Soy Sauce Ramen" is made with "cod soy sauce," a soup made from cod landed at a local fishing port, blended with Akita Prefecture soy sauce that does not contain umami seasoning, and chicken oil and dried bonito flakes for a rich, full-bodied flavor.

The menma (pickled bamboo shoots) is also a faithful reproduction of the restaurant's original flavor.

How to cook:

Boil the noodles in 600 cc of boiling water for 9 minutes (after 4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles). When the noodles are finished boiling, turn off the heat, add the soup and stir well. Add the soup and noodles to a bowl, and top with bamboo shoots and nori seaweed. We recommend topping with chashu pork, spinach, and green onions.
