This healthy tea blend combines slow-roasted Japanese barley with fragrant Japanese black soybeans,

resulting in a toasty, slightly sweet flavor that’s both comforting and refreshing.

It can be enjoyed hot or cold, making it ideal throughout the year—cool and crisp in the summer, warm and soothing in the winter.

Brewing is simple and fits easily into a busy daily routine:

Place one tea bag in a heat-resistant pot, add about 1 liter (34 oz) of water or hot water, and steep.

For hot brewing, let it steep for around 10 minutes; for cold brewing, chill for about 1 hour.

For a richer, more robust taste, bring 1.5 liters (50 oz) of water to a boil in a kettle, add one tea bag,

and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, then allow it to cool before drinking.

This tea is an excellent choice for families with children, and for those who bring reusable bottles to the office or school.
