This tea bag dashi boasts a clean, refined flavor and is made without added seasonings (such as amino acids). The roasting process achieves a deep, rich flavor and fragrant aroma. 
Made with 6 domestic ingredients This dashi pack uses bonito flakes, dried bonito flakes, sardines, kelp, flying fish, and shiitake mushrooms.

Easy to make with the pack
Simply add one packet (in its original pack) to 500ml of water and heat. Once boiling, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
