This seasoning combines honjozo white soy sauce with a generous amount of carefully selected dashi. Simply dilute to use in any dish. 

Concentrated white dashi based on white soy sauce. 
This concentrated soup brings out the delicious flavor of white soy sauce and the richness of its dashi flavor. 

Easily makes dishes like udon, oden, and takikomi tamago (rolled omelet). 
This cost-effective, 10-15x concentrated soup is an easy condiment that eliminates the need for a dashi stock strainer. 

The white dashi is prepared by diluting white soy sauce with dashi. Dilute 10-15 times to suit your dish.
