TAK SHING HONG Assorted Herbs
Suan Mei Tang (酸梅汤)

Ingredients:
Luo Shen Hua (Hibiscus Sabdariffa), Shan Zha (Hawthorn), Wu Mie (Black Plum), Gan Cao (Licorice)

Suggested Preparation:

1. Rinse the ingredients briefly with water.
2. Place all ingredients into a pot.
3. Add approximately 500ml of water.
4. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. Serve warm or chilled according to preference.

Important Notes:
Individuals with sensitive digestive systems should consume in moderation.
Avoid consuming together with milk products.
