Shiino Foods Shiino Foods Tuna Sake Kasu 280g 1 個

Shiokara made by salting and fermenting the precious stomach and intestines of tuna for a long time. Shiino Foods' "Maguro Sake-kasu 280g" is a uniquely made shiokara made by salting and fermenting the rare internal organs of tuna for a long time. It has a deep flavor and richness that is unique to fermented foods, and a mellow taste unique to tuna, and can be used widely as a snack with sake, as well as a side dish with rice and a natural umami seasoning. The name "sake-kasu" was given because it means "so delicious that you would want to steal sake to eat it," and it has been loved by sake lovers for a long time. Tuna sake-kasu has a less distinctive taste and a mellower flavor than sake-kasu, so it is recommended for those who are trying sake-kasu for the first time. In addition to being enjoyed as it is as a snack or side dish with rice, it can also be used as a topping for pasta, dressing, pizza, and cream cheese, or combined with olive oil and butter to make a sauce, and can be used as a main ingredient or secret ingredient in a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, as a "Japanese anchovy."
