Momoya Menma Tip Soft Value Pack 210g 1 個

The bamboo shoot tips are used, and after sufficient lactic acid fermentation and aging, they are seasoned with sesame oil, chili oil, and clear soup to give them a moderate spiciness and deep flavor. They can be used as a side dish or appetizer with rice, or as an ingredient in other dishes. Momoya's "Bamboo Shoot Tips Yawaragi Value Pack 210g" is a spicy bamboo shoot made from only the carefully selected tips of bamboo shoots, finished with rich Chinese soup, sesame oil, and chili oil. It features the soft texture unique to the tips, and the moderate spiciness and deep flavor. The tips of the bamboo shoots are steamed and then lactic acid fermented without adding salt, which makes the fibers soft and brings out the sourness and flavor. The manufacturer's unique filling technology allows the tips to be bottled without losing their shape.
