The addition of grated apples, carrots, and onions in a balanced way spreads a natural sweetness and refreshing taste. In addition, the addition of grated garlic and roasted garlic gives it a rich and fragrant taste even in the heat. This sauce is a versatile seasoning that can be used in a wide range of dishes, such as pizza, pasta, taco rice, and salsa sauce. It is also recommended as a gyoza sauce, a secret ingredient in curry, and as a dip for yakitori and grilled meat. It is moderately spicy, making it relatively easy to use even for those who don't like spicy food.
