Kuze Fuku Shoten's signature product, "Rich Flavor All-Purpose Dashi," is now available in a ready-to-sprinkle powder form. It effortlessly enhances the flavor of miso soup, stir-fries, fried foods, and more. It's also convenient for adding a little extra umami. 

A balanced blend of several flavoring ingredients
Based on carefully smoked Yaizu bonito powder and bonito flakes, this product is balanced with carefully selected flavoring ingredients, including Hokkaido kelp, mackerel flakes, Setouchi dried sardines, and grilled flying fish. The synergistic effects of the umami create a deep, rich flavor. Because it's a powder, there's no need to worry about making dashi; simply remove from the bag and add it to your dish. It's perfect for miso soup, simmered dishes, and other dashi-based dishes, as well as for deep-fried and stir-fried dishes, where you want to add flavor directly from the powder. 

Specialty in Bonito Flakes
The bonito flakes that form the backbone of "All-Purpose Dashi" are produced in Yaizu, Shizuoka Prefecture. The bonito is filleted and separated into male and female flakes, then simmered and roasted in a Yaizu-style dryer for about three days. After that, it's transferred to a multi-layered dryer called a "kyuzogura" (quick storage) where it continues to be roasted slowly over wood smoke. After about a month, the fire is finally turned off, and the flavorful "arabushi" is ready. 

Caution
*After opening, close the zipper, store in the refrigerator (below 10°C), and consume as soon as possible. 
*A desiccant is sealed inside to maintain quality. 
*The contents may harden, but this does not affect the quality. 
*Sardines and flying fish, the raw materials for sardine sardines and grilled flying fish sardines, feed on shrimp and crabs. 
*Since moisture can easily harden the contents, please use a dry, clean spoon to remove them.
