The tender mochi pairs perfectly with the sweet notes of kinako, resulting in a delicately sweet and comforting treat.

Directions (one serving):
1. Place the shiratama mochi in a heat-resistant container, then add 120ml of water.
2. Heat in the microwave at 500W for 2 minutes – 2 minutes 30 seconds.
3. Transfer to cool water to let it cool slightly.
4. Place the shiratama mochi in a bowl, and sprinkle the included kinako over it.
