Brewing Instructions

Manufacturer’s Recommendation

1. Place one tea bag in a cup.
2. Add hot water at 158–176°F (70–80°C).
3. Gently move the tea bag up and down several times.
4. Remove the tea bag when the tea reaches your preferred strength.

For a stronger flavor: Gently stir the tea bag with a spoon while brewing.

For the best flavor: Use fresh, good-quality water. Filtered or soft water is recommended.

For a Larger Cup — Luna Matcha Recommendation

For an 8–12 fl oz cup, use one tea bag and steep slightly longer according to your preferred strength. Gently moving or stirring the tea bag will help bring out more flavor.

For a stronger cup, use two tea bags rather than steeping one tea bag for an excessive amount of time. Please note that using two tea bags will also increase the amount of caffeine.
